Lovely light helicopter, but if I was buying one I would want a different tail rotor system, more like the inbound rotor on Airwolf which has far better control and less likely to cause death by people accidently walking into the tail rotor blades.

I find it interesting, that no where in the specifications does it state about fuel consumption, how many gallons of fuel doe it hold, where is the engine made, displacement of the engine, maximum ceiling, maximum take off weight including fuel, empty weight of the helicopter. etc. Must be a well kept secret.

It looks like an exact replica of the Ukrainian developed and manufactured Sanka AK1-3, which is a very well designed and built light helicopter. With 500 flight hours in the AK1-3 I can testify that it fly's beautifully. Is Zhonglian making it under license or just copying it and offering an alternative air-cooled engine to the water cooled Subaru 2.5.

Ukrainian AK 1 helicopters, Cicare Compress? Colibri C 2 ? Argentina , Italy, Ukraine. Not your own idea. Brantley Helicopter was sold to China and the TC & PC were abandoned. 80 Brantley helicopters with no support. Thank you

Hm, looks like ukrainian AK1-3, I think it should have better cost? AK1-3 is 180 000 USD.

This model is very similar to the SCHWEIZER 500. There are a few 2-seater helicopters in this price range: The AFFALINA costs €50,000, the HUMMINGBIRD 260L US$39,500. With the mentioned price of $250,000, it will probably be tight in Europe and the USA.
